Important information for our auto customers
APRIL 10, 2020 The COVID-19 pandemic and shelter-in-place orders have significantly changed the lives and driving patterns of people across the country. There is little commuting to work and less personal travel, resulting in fewer miles driven. To reflect these changes, we are returning 15% of three months auto insurance premium to our policyholders.1
We are working to send our auto insurance customers a check as quickly as possible over the next few weeks, subject to approval by state regulators. In the meantime, we will update this web page and social media to keep our customers informed of the steps we are taking to support them during the COVID-19 pandemic.
