If you make a claim for damage to your vehicle and don’t feel we met our promise of exceptional service, we’ll send you $100.¹ No quarrels, no quibbles, no hassle.

Our award-winning claims² service is so good, it’s even trademarked. We call it the Signature Claims Service Guarantee™.

We’ve won plenty of awards for our attentive, pro-active treatment of customers during widespread weather disasters. But we wanted to make sure our customers would feel confident even with daily hassles like a minor fender-bender. Or even personal catastrophes like a major collision.

So, we created a guarantee that makes sure you’ll always be treated with respect and consideration.

If you make a claim for physical damage to your vehicle (which means things like colliding with another vehicle, vandalism, a tree limb falling on your car, etc.) you will be treated with exceptional courtesy and consideration throughout the whole claims process. If you don’t feel you received the service we’ve promised, let us know and we’ll send you $100.

No problem. Really.

Submit a Claim Under the Guarantee

Exceptional claims customer service is at the heart of our identity and we’re backing up our promise with the new Signature Claims Service Guarantee.

If you have an auto policy with us,* you may be covered by this guarantee. It applies to our internal claims service for auto claims made under your policy’s Comprehensive and Collision coverage. If you believe that you are covered by the guarantee and would like to make a claim, please follow the instructions below.

1) Payments made under the Signature Service Claims Guarantee apply to a single loss covered under Collision or Comprehensive (Part D of the auto policy in all states other than MA, where it applies to Parts 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the policy) and apply no more than once per policy period. Compensation issued under the guarantee will not be considered part of any loss or settlement under the policy, nor an admission of any liability or wrongdoing on our part.
